Um... Well, Excuse Me, Princess?

Description

I've dabbled a bit in role-playing over the years, some of it in school but most of it online. One of my characters picked up a transformation in-between the two time periods because of dimensional shenanigans, liked it, and developed a way to switch to her at will. So, yeah; this is only a 'semi-original' deal.

The person depicted here is Princess, the protagonist of the Super Famicom game Magical Pop'n; from what I understand, she's supposed to be no older than... five years old or so, despite what the official box art would tell you. Princess can engage in both melee and long-range combat, thanks to a small sword and some assorted magic attacks that she can pick up over the course of the quest. The game itself is fairly solid, with it's only real flaw being the lack of a Save system (although it doesn't take too long to beat, admittedly), but it's overlooked by virtue of the fact that the Playstation was released in Japan several months before the game was.

The person in Princess's guise is Thunderball Visello (going by Thaddea Vincent in this form), an alien bounty hunter/information broker somewhere in her sixties. She doesn't have much problem looking cute so long as she's left alone, but she'll drop the facade if she's on the clock or severely irritated. She also has the annoying habit of paying for merchandise, using it to catch a target, and returning the goods in damaged condition. Lastly, it's not too clear by the positioning of that coffee cup next to her, but she's a long-time Batman fan.

Drawn with pencil, scanned, and colored with MS-Paint, Corel Photo House and Paint.Net. I'm starting to think that simplistic designs are the way to go as far as my drawings are concerned...
